Ideal location, clean, convenient & affordable. Tricky door lock was the only nitpick, and a dehumidifier inside would be a nice addition. Really appreciated the availability and convenience!

Bathroom sink did not drain. There are ants. Cupboard door below kitchen sink loose. Carpet is dirty.

Great stay in Ludington.

We had a very nice vacation in Ludington. The descriptions of the apartment were very accurate. We were very happy with the cleanliness. Everything was well kept and there were plenty of dishes/utensils for use in kitchen. The location is great also. You can walk to the many restaurants/breweries and shops, they are all nearby. The beach is also close enough to walk to. We would especially like to point out the property manager Linda. She communicates very well and responds very quickly to any questions that may come up. We would like to thank her for help with getting our vacation scheduled and all of our questions answered, it was greatly appreciated.

Wonderful location!

If you are looking for a no nonsense place to stay for 3 adults, this is the place for you! The price was right, so many places to explore walking or riding a bike. Coffee shops across the street and around the corner. The kitchen is functional. It would be a little better with a toaster. The check in process was seamless and the manager answered my question almost immediately. The place was so very clean as well. If your going there to watch TV all day this is not the place for you. We will most definitely stay here again.

Should have booked a hotel.

Location was great. Took a trip to Ludington for my 40th birthday. Couldn’t get the tv or internet to work and spoke with the host several times about it. No one was sent to help fix the problem but they had everything up and going an hour after we left and sent screenshots. For the price point, upgraded tv, bed and toilet paper, would be a wise move.
