"We found the Cavana hotel to be very nice. The staff were excellent - so friendly and helpful. We had 2 double beds, very comfortable room, decent space, clean bathroom, good water pressure, etc. The hotel was easily walkable to the San Blas area (10 min) for dinner and the historic district for the day (20+ min). The room was a little cool, but they provided a space heater which made things comfortable. "

"Very clean and well maintained property within walking distance of the town square. We were able to easily walk to Saqsaywaman and many other nearby attractions. We booked the Salkantay trek, and the meeting point was conveniently just around the corner. Our room was spacious and comfortable, and breakfast was excellent,they even prepared a breakfast to take with us on the day of our trek. I would definitely stay here again!"

The room was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well-kept, you can tell the staff really take pride in maintaining the property. Customer service was outstanding. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, helpful, and professional, making me feel welcome from check-in to check-out. The location is also excellent, close to restaurants, shops, and local attractions, yet still peaceful and relaxing.
