清潔で快適、かわいいお部屋でした

ロケーションが大変よく、中央駅、KKLのすぐ近くで旧市街の観光スポットもだいたい徒歩で行けます。 お部屋はかわいくて清潔、キッチンにはガスレンジや食洗機までありました。 私達の滞在した日は連日30℃を超える暑い日で、クーラーがないことが不安でしたが、朝晩は扇風機で充分でした。 午後の数時間だけ、暑いなと感じましたが、日本の暑さに比べれば大したことはなかったです。 スタッフはとても親切で、毎日タオルの交換を依頼しましたが、快く引き受けてくれました。 唯一欠点をあげるなら、シャワールームが狭いこと、水圧が弱いことです。 全体的に大変満足しました。

Clean, well situated, well equipped and very happy with the accommodation. Two toilets was excellent. Shower was probably the best I’ve ever had, great pressure. Thank you.

Very pleased with the stay. Location is very close to the train station and it's walkable everywhere in Luzerne. The staff was helpful and quick in answering questions, even allowed us to get the room earlier than the check-in time which was very much appreciated. Room is much larger than typical European average size. Highly recommended!

The staff was responsive and helpful. The property is very close to the train station and supermarkets making it very convenient. The unit was spacious and well kept. The only minor issue was that the mattress for the sofa bed is a bit lumpy. The rest was as advertised and it was a great stay.

We enjoyed ourselves here. The bed was big and very comfortable. The couch was a bit annoying because the cushions simply would not stay in place, but minor in the overall scheme of things. The location was excellent, check-in and out super easy and the staff very friendly and helpful. The apartment sits next to a church. The bells and car sounds were loud with the windows open, but fine when not. The TV interface was on the fritz for our entire stay, working sometimes and not others. But in the owners defense, we did not report it. It’s very possible they might have been able to fix it as they were very eager to help in anything we needed. I would definitely stay here again.

The apartment was clean and very well equipped. The beds were firm and very comfortable. Staff was really nice and helpful. Location was unbeatable- it’s a 3 minute walk from the main train station. A couple of things would make the experience even better - more wall plugs. There was only really one in the living room that we could use (two if you unplug the tv). Even a power bar would help. Also, an extra towel rack in the bathroom would be useful - we hung our big towels on the clothes hangers provided instead. If you like sleeping with the windows open, it is a bit noisy but if you close them, they do a great job of blocking out sound. Overall, we would recommend this apartment and we would stay here again. Thank you.

El personal muy atento y nos dieron oportunidad de resguardar nuestras maletas antes del check in, el departamento muy ordenado y limpio, solo como sugerencia sería mejor contar con un área más iluminada en la estancia y tomar en cuenta que el wifi no funciona, por lo demás todo excelente!

Room is very comfortable and clean. Only not clear to check in at Hotel Central first and get a key to the service apartment. It would be good to send me a clear guideline how to check in that would be good. Nice apartment and will stay there for next time.

We loved staying here. And the kids loved that there was a playground across the street. The adults loved that they serve beer at the Cafe next to the playground.
