Miserables Check-In, extrem unfreundlich!

Wir hätten einen Parkplatz zur Verfügung vom Hotel aus den wir bezahlen müssten. Wir sind um 14:30 angekommen, Fahrt zum Hotel nicht möglich. Also ist jemand ausgestiegen und zum Hotel gelaufen -und gefragt. Leider war die Antwort wir sollen in einem Parkhaus parkieren. Ca. 14:45 wollten wir einchecken, aber die Person welche das Check-In im Griff hat, war nicht da! Uns wurde mitgeteilt dass Sie ab ca. 16:00 kommen würde, also sind wir was essen gegangen, um 16:45 waren wir wieder vor Ort, uns konnte immer noch niemand einchecken, gewartet bis 17:30! Dann hat es endlich geklappt, nachdem die Klapperkiste am Empfang Mal funktioniert hat, Dauer ca. nochmals 10min. Im Zimmer angekommen, klein -und sauber wegen Location -und Preis ist das ja noch OK, aber ganz abdunkeln liess sich das Zimmer nicht, wir wollen am nächsten morgen nicht um 6:00 von der Sonne geweckt werden. Nach reichlichem überlegen, haben wir dann um 19:30 ausgecheckt. Eine Entschuldigung haben wir NICHT erhalten, die Taxen für die Uebernachtung haben wir NICHT erhalten. Nach knapp 1 Woche hatt sich auch niemand mehr bei uns gemeldet. Bei allem Respekt, Ihr seid eine Schande für die Buchungsportale, den anderen Hotels in der Gegend -und für Eure Stadt!

Gute Lage - Fairer Preis - schlimme Betten

Der Preis für die Lage war vollkommen OK. Die Zimmer sind sauber und Ordentlich. Zwei Sachen sind doof: 1.) die Betten sind ein Katastrophale und untragbar selbst für zwei Sterne 2.) keine Badehandtuch sondern nur zwei kleine Mini Handtücher Ansonsten freundlicher Service und Top Lage

3 ème étage et un froid glacial dans la chambre durant toute la nuit. J’aurais mieux fait de dormir dehors, dans le froid, ça n’aurait rien changé. La personne « sur place » n’était même pas sur place pour que je puisse me plaindre. C’est sûr, je n’y retournerai plus jamais.

Die Unterkunft ist sauber und zweckmässig eingerichtet. Sie ist nahe beim Bahnhof und auch der Kappelbrücke. Je nach Wochentag ist es ruhiger oder etwas lauter.

골목안에 있어 전경은 없는 거나 마찬가지고, 19년 11월에 다녀갔는데 주변에 공사중이어서 새벽에 좀 시끄러웠습니다. 그렇지만 역에서 가깝고 시가지내에 있어서 주변 산책삼아 돌아다니기도 좋은 장점이 더 크다고 생각됩니다.

Pathetic is the word for falken

It is better to sleep at platform then staying in hotel falken..it is a restaurant which is now converted into hotel rooms.. It is so pathetic and small and smelly. Rooms and corridors were stinking badly, there were spider webs in our room, beds were so uncomfortable that we couldn’t sleep whole night, room itself is very suffocated.. they have old ages Manual heaters in there Rooms which make noises like hell and so you Can’t sleep with turning them on. Overall, never never chose to stay in hotel falken, specially if you are travelling with family.

Airbnb-like hotel but found it ok and not bad

was a bit surprise that it's more like an AIRBNB than an actual hotel. We had to go walk around the corner to get to the room (or should i call apartment). Nonetheless, my wife and i found it to be OK and location was great - close and walking distance to all especially the the main train station. if you are looking for a budget friendly stay in lucerne and dont mind living in an apartment-like atmosphere - i would recommend this place

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed. Bed bugs in my daughters room. No one answered her multiple phone call during the night to remedy the situation. Absolutely horrible.

Not worth staying

Very small and congested room, beds were terrible. Smell of food, as restaurant below was annoying. To come out of standing shower was risky. Front desk only from 11am to 9 or 10 pm so if you are late in check in you may loose your reservations even. Overall it was bad experience and will not recommend to anyone.

worst hotel ever.

we booked one room with four regular twin beds not bunk beds and they gave us bunk beds, there was barely any space to put our stuff and walk around. The bathroom there was barely any space to stand and shower also it was dark and dirty. No aircondition it was really hot. the pictures were probably fake on the wbsite, no toiletries, the bathroom door didnt even close, it was dark and dingy. Will not book this hotel ever again, worst experience, its all lies on the website when you book, its totally different when you go there.
