「田舎のホテルだから普通なのかと思います。ホテルは小さいですがまだ新しさがありましたし掃除等は綺麗でした。何日かの滞在の場合は冷蔵庫が無いのがつらいですね。街中なのでバイクとジプニーが一晩中走っているようでかなりうるさいです。」

「Clean room, staff were very attentive to our needs, no hot water on our first day but resolved right away, smells sewer in the bathroom but they took care of it. Minor things! Perfect location for us. Convenient and close to places we want to visit. Breakfast was great and the Chinese Restaurant in the same building was very good. I will consider staying here again in the near future.」

「We had a great time at the resort! Clean and very friendly environment! The moment we entered the place, we already felt the warmth, helpfulness and friendliness of the staff! Special mention to Marielle and Ace! Although some area are still under construction, like water park, more kubo to stay and additional glamping domes in the future, we know that this is a place for family, barkada and couple or single to enjoy! 「Had an issue with the Vittoria room and they upgraded me to the Octavia room for free. Absolutely wonderful place and helpful staff!」

「Facilities, changed room 3 times. First room the toilet bowl doesn’t flush, second room smells terrible, third room the sink drainage is broken when used water splashes out directly on the floor not on the drainage, vacant lot near the room area is used for garbage. Can’t stand it so instead of 2 nights we checked out early morning (4.00 am) the following morning. 」
