Super schönes Haus in toller ruhiger Lage. Sehr sauber. Alles ist vorhanden. Schöner Pool. Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Besitzer. Alles ist sehr gepflegt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Unfortunately, our stay got off to a frustrating start due to poor communication during check-in. Before arriving, we informed the property manager that one party in our group would arrive before the other. Despite this, he repeatedly tried contacting the party that was still on a flight instead of the one already at the property. To make matters worse, the contact information listed on VRBO was for the property manager's brother, not the property manager himself. We waited over an hour for a response, making check-in anything but smooth.The listing also advertised air conditioning in the "Popular Amenities" section, but only two of the five bedrooms and the main living area had A/C. This was misleading and made the remaining bedrooms uncomfortable.In addition, the washer in one of the units did not work. It was stuck in a continuous cycle and would not drain, making it unusable. The Wi-Fi also did not work during our stay.The listing further states, "Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees," yet it also says guests may be charged extra for electricity, final cleaning, heating, a refundable cash security deposit, and tourist tax. These contradictory statements create unnecessary confusion about the total cost.Overall, these issues significantly impacted our stay and did not match the expectations set by the listing.

Con un gruppo di amici abbiamo trascorso le vacanze di Capodanno alla proprietà la Piazzetta. Ci siamo trovati molto bene,gli appartamenti sono ben curati,puliti e provvisti di ogni confort,lavatrice,lavastoviglie, camino,e televisori in ogni stanza. Il proprietario Federico, molto gentile e disponibile a soddisfare ogni nostra necessità. Lo ringraziamo vivamente. We spent a very pleasant time, the apartments are well maintained, clean and equipped with every comfort, washing machine, dishwasher, fireplace, and televisions in every room. The owner Federico has been very kind and willing to satisfy our every need. We thank him warmly.

het was een prima huisje. Jammer dat het eigenlijk twee aparte huisjes waren. Dit was voor ons onvoldoende duidelijk. Jammer als je met een gezelschap gaat. [English translation courtesy of Easy Reserve] it was a nice rental. Too bad it actually were two separate houses. This was insufficiently clear to us. Too bad if you go with a group.
