「Clean room. Housekeeping didn’t show up until after four. The place has a really good location to everything」

「I strongly feel the cleanliness of hotels has gone downhill. No one believes in using actual cleaning products in showers or sinks or toilets. When there is buildup and mildew and HAIR in a sink and shower that tells me your cleaning staff does not care about how they do their jobs. Carpet is disgusting anyway then you add “don’t bother to vacuum” to that it’s just the icing on the cake. Our heater had not been used so when it was turned on the burning smell kicked in which is normally of it...

「Great」

「Overall, the stay was alright. The room had a smell. The shower had poor water pressure. I think the shower head needs to be cleaned to remove clogged head. Bed was nice and slept well.」

「The entire place is runned down. Filthy floors, shower, and restrooms. I have pics. Way over priced because Texas Tech was playing that weekend.」

「Staff always available and knowledgeable. Great Pool and exercise room and all the equipment worked. Location is convenient to shopping and airports.」

「The main areas of the hotel were clean. Our room was dirty, the bed linens were stained, floors need vacuumed. The hot tub was filthy, and the pool was somewhat clean. Breakfast was the same every day and was very minimal.」

「Overall it was good. Maybe a couple more towels in the room and the entryway light was out.」

「Clean and comfy」

「Thanks」
