Spacious living of over 3,000 square feet with a cozy feeling of at home comfort. Convenient access to restaurants, shopping, nightlife and of course Texas Tech, & LCU.
West Texas Retreat was built for the perfect family gathering. Enjoy 2 living areas one of which is spacious with vaulted ceilings, ample seating and rustic wood burning fireplace. Double ovens, gas stove, and most everything you need in the kitchen! Additional table and chairs that will accommodate dinner seating for up to 12 people as well as fully equipped outdoor patio. Isolated oversized master bedroom with vaulted ceilings and attached bathroom with jacuzzi tub. 3 additional spacious bedrooms all with bathroom access and privacy. Wi-fi available and Directtv Network Satellite TV with smart TVs avail for streaming. West Tx hospitality shows clear here with stocked kitchen, toiletries and most all of anything else you would need during your stay. Home away from home!

What a great house! Location was just right for getting around Lubbock. Very spacious, owners very easy to communicate with, home was clean and well maintained…even beautifully decorated for Christmas! We truly appreciated the hospitality

Location and space within the home was nice. Host was very nice to allow early checkin for the home, as well. Home was outdated and listing stated it could sleep 12. Unfortunately that was not accurate, as there was no futon and no air pump for an air mattress that was in the house. While we were 8 guests with our stay, not all could share the bedrooms, and the common space had large front facing windows that had no way to close for privacy. The blinds in the windows were tied closed. So, with no privacy and no sleeping bed, this unfortunately made stay more difficult. Overall, I don’t feel the hosts thought about the little details, to really make this a 5star stay.

We were very pleased with the layout of this property. There was plenty of room for our group of 10 people. It was clean and the beds were very comfortable. Great stay!! Thank you Kurt!

Great home with space for everyone to spread out. Two living spaces meant no arguing over the TV. Close proximity to shopping and a 10 minute drive to Texas Tech. My younger children loves the park a block away. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

Was a decent home, but a little outdated. The house had smokers inside at some point. Kurt was really nice and the process was really easy.

Beautiful home just minutes away from all the things we were looking to do while in Lubbock. Located in a nice neighborhood with plenty of friendly neighbors. The house was just as listed and was bigger in person than expect, the yard was well maintained and private. The house was clean and everything was stocked. Couldn’t ask for a home for the price. Will definitely stay again if I ever need a home in Lubbock.
