We had a nice stay. Beds are really comfortable! Nice linens. Very comfy sectional sofa as well. Enough room for several people to hang out. Great A/C. Would stay again!

Great Location. Very Clean

Great weekend away.. house was just as described. Very clean, great location.. we were visiting a college kid and touring with a couple of incoming freshman.. they loved the ping pong table and the short walk to Market Place/starbucks..

Nice Home, Central Location

The property was nice and clean, and in an older, but nice neighborhood. Scott was great with communicating, and thorough in his instructions. If you want to hang out in Lubbock, you should consider this place. It's very centrally located, easy to get to the mall, TTU and West End.

Great place!

This property was perfect for visiting family in Lubbock for the holidays. The ping pong table was a hit! It was close to everything and had all the amenities that we needed.

This property is very roomy! The beds are very comfortable. We loved having the ping-pong table and the big sofa to watch TV!The backyard has so much potential. Huge pecan trees and a new slab for the patio furniture. Having the yard mowed and cushions on the chairs would have made a difference. (Found cushions in the garage after the fact) The host provided shampoo, conditioner, and body soap, which was really nice. However, the master shower was uninviting and I never showered in there. Besides having only one tiny skillet, the kitchen was well stocked. The host offered to order a big skillet from Walmart so we could cook steaks and breakfast, but for whatever reason the skillet never arrived. The host was super responsive and very kind regarding an amended checkout time. We would stay here again.

Perfect Family Reunion

This was the perfect location for connecting with local family members, while comfortably housing our group. The kids loved the game room. Everything we needed was provided and no one was slighted in any way. Although we didn't require anything extra or run into any problems, our host, Scott, was always a text away and quick to respond. We would definitely consider this property for any future stays.

Great for family

Clean, nice decor, easy to access, kids loved the game room and we really appreciated the washer and dryer. A few minor maintenance issues that are easily corrected and didn't greatly detract from our stay. We would stay here again.

This house was perfect for our short stay while in Lubbock for my mom's eye surgery. The home was clean, stocked with extra hygiene items, and we felt safe in the neighborhood. Host was very gracious and responsive to me, and we will definitely stay there again if available!! Thank you!!

Perfect for a family of 5

This adorable little house was the perfect place for my family of 5. I ended up needing to change my stay days and the owner was easy to communicate with and very accommodating. The game room was an added bonus.

Roadtrip stop

Great pit stop on our way to the Grand Canyon. With a family now of 7 people 17+, renting a house was great. The place was clean and cozy and close by the groceries to grab a few items for breakfast. We had Orlando’s pizza for dinner based on Scott’s recommendation and it was great

Love this property 💕

We landed a couple hours earlier than expected. Property manager allowed us to check in early and this property is very beautiful. I loved how clean it was and it was decorated beautifully.

This property is very close to a Market Street which was nice. The inside has clearly been redone and updated. Property Manager was ver good about communicating with us. I would stay here again.

Cute House!

The house was very cute and well decorated. Very clean. The only thing we wanted was a bigger more comfortable living room couch/seating so that we could all comfortably watch movies together in the evening. But, overall it was a great place to stay!

What we needed

Needed a place to work while son was at a camp at TTU. House was well stocked, had more than enough room and good WiFi so it worked well for us. House was clean and most of it seemed to be renovated relatively recently. Only exception was the showers and backyard that could use a little TLC.
