"The property boasts a beautiful view and is part of a new construction, which made everything feel fresh and modern. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and the space was generous—with a roomy kitchen, large bedrooms, a spacious family room, and a wide deck to enjoy the scenery. The internet was fast, and ceiling fans throughout the home added to the comfort, especially on warmer days. One of the standout features was how quiet the location was—great for relaxing or getting work done. The host was outstanding—they went above and beyond by personally walking me through the property to explain how everything worked, pointing out local attractions, dropping me off at the car rental agency, and being very responsive whenever I had questions or concerns. It’s rare to find such a committed and thoughtful host. On top of all this, the price was excellent compared to similar properties in the area. There are a few things to be aware of. The water has a moderate sulfur smell/taste, which is not uncommon in some areas but might take getting used to. The access road for the last quarter mile is quite rough—small cars may have difficulty with clearance, so I’d strongly recommend a rental car with higher ground clearance. Additionally, the nearest grocery stores and bars are not within walking distance, so having a vehicle is essential. "5 Stars – Absolute Paradise at Second Wind!We just returned from an unforgettable stay at Second Wind in Hope Town, and I can’t say enough good things about it. The house is even more beautiful in person—bright, breezy, spotless, and perfectly set up for relaxing island life. The views are incredible from every angle, especially from the front porch!The location is ideal—close enough to the settlement, restaurants & marinas and are just golf cart ride away. The beach is just steps away, and is perfect for boating, swimming, and just soaking it all in.The communication with the owner was absolutely impeccable—quick, helpful, and so friendly. Every question was answered promptly, and it really made the whole experience seamless from start to finish.The hosts have thought of everything—fully stocked kitchen, comfy beds, reliable Wi-Fi (even in paradise!), and all the little touches that made us feel at home from the minute we walked in. "Aqua de Vista was everything we wanted in a vacation rental. Spacious and bright, the open floor plan provided beautiful views of the sea in front of the villa. The kitchen was well appointed with everything needed to prepare meals or snacks. We did a preorder of food and drinks through Sunkiss Provisioning and everything had been delivered and put away when we arrived. Highly recommend this as the nearest grocery is in Marsh Harbour. The bedrooms and baths were large and completed stocked for a week stay. Beach towels and toys were an added bonus. Having a bathroom on the lower level was great so you didn't have to go through the house when coming out of the water or finishing a walk on the beach. The beach pavilion served as a great place for an afternoon nap in the hammock or drink sitting at the bar. The location was perfect for us. We went snorkeling right in front of the villa off Lobster Cay. Lots of fish, lobster and other sea creatures. At low tide we walked to the cay to explore and collect shells. Aqua de Vista was situated well to allow us to visit other parts of the island. A great find was Da Valley restaurant on Little Abaco. A bit of a drive but well worth it for their Conch dinner. Closer to the villa is Coop's. A fairly new place with great food, drink and nightlife. Pete's Pub in Little Harbour is worth the drive south. We thoroughly enjoyed our week and if we are back in the Abacos will definitely book Aqua de Vista. "

"What an awesome place to stay on vacation with good friends! This VRBO is a convenient location to Hopetown as well as the other islands. We love the Abacos and the views from the spacious porch of the aquamarine water was a daily treat. We sat out there in the mornings with our coffee and in the evenings with whatever rum drink was offered. Oftentimes we would walk along the beach or just sit in the warm Bahamian water and visit some more. The owner/manager (Kevin) of this beautiful property was very friendly and welcoming and answered all of our questions promptly. We WILL be back for sure!!! Carol and Ken"

"Tahiti Beach House has it all. Location is great, dock is perfect for your boat, house is clean and nicely decorated and the beds are so comfortable. The caretaker Joanne is awesome! We have stayed here twice now and will be back!"
