Fantastic Ambience

Mellow neighborhood and nice oasis feeling all round. Genuinely friendly staff provided excellent service. Pool is a total necessity when it's the HOT season. Great restaurant within walking distance: "Dyen Sabai". Fondue there was great. Free bikes for exploring the Old Quarter, Garden of Eden jewelry shop nearby. Breakfast was something different each day. Room was nicely decorated with MASSIVE bed.

Can’t beat it for the price. Bathroom is a little dimly lit. Some aspects of the property is showing its age. Overall, it is a lovely facility with a kind and attentive staff.

You won't regret staying here.

Perfect place. I can't reccomend this place enough. The staff really was warm and accomodating and the facilities are great. The breakfast/ restaurant were top class. The only potential downside is that it's a little out of the way but it really wasn't that far from the main area of Luang Prabang but it was always an adventure (either walking on an old pedestrian bridge, or taking a boat that replaced a broken bamboo bridge) to get to.

Great value in Luang Prabang

Great hotel with friendly staff, a lot of nice equipments and little details (bathrobes, slippers, coffee, water...). Breakfast is delicious, bed extra large and comfortable. Overall great stay!

Hotellet var koselig og var lokalisert ca 700m fra sentrum. Rommet var stort, rent og god seng. Desverre virket det som strøm og internett var ustabilt. Når strømmen gikk forsvant også vanntrykket, dermed gikk det ikke ann å dusje. Frokosten var ikke særlig å skryte av. Den var ikke dårlig, men det var lite utvalg og servicen var sløv. Anbefaler heller å ta frokost på hos en lokal baker i byn. Hotellet leier ut gratis sykler, disse var ikke i god stand. Det er flere som leier ut syklet/scootere i byn til en rimelig penge.

루앙프라방에서 지낸 2일중 제일 멋진 호텔이었습니다. 아담한 수영장과 넓은 객실 친절한 스탭들, 휼륭한 조식과 가격대비 맛있는 레스토랑,호텔뒷편의 작은 호수정원,조용한 호텔분위기,삐마이 축제에 호텔 직원들과 함께 즐긴 물놀이등.... 뱀부 브릿지만 건너면 바로 야시장과 새벽 탓발을 볼수있고 다시 한번 방문하고 싶은 호텔입니다.

A cozy hotel but disappointed on extra charges

At first to check in the room, we found a big dirt mark on the bed sheet. It was very quick response and the house keeping team had gone through this case with the teammate so I could see that they do want to make intensive improvement on it. Well appreciated it. The front desk staff are very helpful and always with smiley face, they are really charm guys! However, the lady sit behind them looks like in charge person or manager always have grumpy face or look so stressing which didn’t look very welcoming. The room is impressively with pool access and view, this is a good value even though this hotel is a bit far from town, the scenery and quietness are paid off. The only bad thing is the late check out room charge was a bit unfair, we checked out at 2pm since there was no phone in to urge or remind us to check out at 12pm so we assumed able to stay a bit longer. When we checked out, the lady looked like manager sit behind receptionist insisted to charge us 50% percent! She even showed us the regulation in the room but I said to her, there is no one to explain this important information when we check in and we also pointed out there is no single word to mark the percentage of late check out charges on her regulation! She then accepted 20% after negotiations so it seems like such important thing was not set as a rule, apparently the amount was flexible up to her mind! Felt like a bit ripe off not honest!

大きな池に隣接していて、池を眺めながらぼーっとできる東屋があります。 ルアンパバンーンの繁華街からは離れていて、徒歩ならオールドブリッジという古い橋を渡らないといけませんが、それが返ってよい雰囲気です。トウクトゥクなら50000キープくらいですぐです。 朝5時30分から6時30分の間に2組の托鉢のお坊さん達がホテル前を通ります。街中の観光客だらけのと違ってありがたい雰囲気です。

Easy access to town

We enjoyed our stay here. The staff could not have been more helpful and friendly. We had an issue with our HWS which was addressed promptly. Whilst it was out of service we were given another room to shower in which was appreciated. The pool was well used by us, wonderful on a hot day.. Short walk to town over a quaint bamboo bridge (bit scary first time-). The rooms a bit dated, dampness has made the wood warp and the bathroom door refused to shut properly. As with most mid range Asian hotels, the bathroom gets a bit flooded through bad design. I though we paid way too much for the deluxe room at around $80AU/ night low season.

Happy experience.

The staff are all super helpful and friendly. Always willing to meet our needs. The reception staff are terrific for booking tuk tuks, arranging trips etc. The hotel offers free transport to and from the city at night. The room is very comfortable with an excellent shower.

Flott opphold i Luang Prabang

Fra første til siste stund følte vi oss velkommen her ! Store fine rom ( vi hadde De Luxe double room) , god frokost , mulighet for å låne sykler - hotellbetjeningen var utrolig hyggelige, smilende og hjelpsomme gjennom hele oppholdet. Har overhodet ingen betenkeligheter med å anbefale dette hotellet til andre reisende.

Petit hotel mais avec beaucoup de charme

Petit hôtel pas cher, mais très mignon, grand lit, petit jardin sympa pour prendre un verre face à un plan d'eau. Piscine mignonne. Vélos à disposition. Patronne qui parle français et qui nous a bien aidé.
