「Fantastic Staff. Great Breakfast options 」

「I did not like the condition that in the morning they don’t clean the room, it was my wedding day and I needed the room cleaned for pictures. After a lot of talking they send someone (staff) to clean that made us very clear that she was not happy to do it!! Second they have iron for clothes in the rooms. Anything you have to pay to ironed! I like the hotel but they have to improve and be more friendly with guests」

「Super recommend hotel Samba, it has a reasonable price, very clean and organized. Staff is friendly and I did request for breakfast in the room, which I found it amazing. 」

「It is walking distance to Epic Sana hotel where we had some conference. If Epic sana is too expensive you can stay in this hotel and can walk there.」

「Very nice people at the hotel. I speak very little Portuguese, but even those with limited English did their best to be helpful. The single room was larger than I expected, and the pool was quite refreshing after a day at the conference.」

「No drinking water in the room. No kettle and tea or coffee in the room. Blankets are dirty. Mosquitoes in the room. It is very expensive for service received. Poor standard」
