The living areas in this single-storey property consist of a kitchen, dining area and sitting area with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge with ice box, Smart TV and electric fire, and a utility with washing machine. The bedrooms consist of a double (zip/link), a further double, and a single, along with a shower room. Outside there is a communal garden with lawn, furniture and access to the beach, and off-road parking for two cars. Two small - medium well-behaved dogs welcomed, but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. You'll find a shop in 0.3 miles, a pub in 0.7 miles, and the beach in 0.6 miles. 1 Kessingland Cottages is the ideal base for a family escape to the Suffolk coast. The quiet Suffolk coastal village of Kessingland is nestled between Southwold and Lowestoft, on the 'Sunrise Coast' a region of Suffolk enjoying 27 miles of award-winning beaches and part of the Suffolk Heritage Coastline, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, offering unspoilt beaches, beautiful heath lands and a wealth of nature reserves, including NT Dunwich Heath and RSPB Minsmere, along with pretty southern Broadland market towns. Kessingland enjoys good beach fishing and local amenities include pubs, restaurants, shops, a tea room, children's park and the award-winning attraction Africa Alive. Nearby Lowestoft has two piers, an active harbour with a marina and berthing for larger ships, a golden sandy beach with attractions which include scuba diving, snorkelling, kite surfing and jet skiing, and a cinema and a theatre. Yarmouth offers lots of family fun with traditional seaside entertainments. The local surrounding area has a great wealth of places to visit with something to please every family member on a beach-side holiday.
