「Very convenient to have the parking lot in the garage with direct connection to the room. Windows were technically difficult to open and also outside a little bit loud with traffic and road work. But really sufficient for a long weekend.」

「We arrived at 10pm, hoping to find someone at the desk, as it was written, yet we had to wait for 1 hour before receiving the entrance codes (and after calling 3 different numbers with people who only spoke polish). I do not recommend it to foreigners !」

「Great aparthotel directly at the feet of ski lift. Dream location in the winter, considering parking for free it’s a bargain, great for summer, biking or hiking. 30 min from Kłodzko, 40 min from Miedzygorze so really close everywhere. AMAZING pool outside and inside, whirlpools, baby pools and slides! Nice hotel bar, although wine sold only in bottles (not glasses) but hearty cocktails. Nice restaurants (Hubertus and Puchaczowka) 5 min away. Altogether great place to start holiday from and visit...

「Avoid at all costs, it is in a great location but on the 8th floor at the top of the building, the stairs are dimly lit & it is not safe, there is also no fire escape. You do not receive your check in instructions until 4pm on the day so need internet to access your emails. Customer Service are unhelpful. We checked in stayed 10 mins & checked out & moved to the Emporeum Hotel. I would not recommend this hotel unless you are super fit.」

「The kitchen was fully equipped. Some problems with free parking. They provide the place in underground parking for 70 polish zloty per day.」

「Check in process was easy. The location was great. HOWEVER, the listing said there was air conditioning. And while this is true, there was ac, it BARELY worked and the room stayed HOT. Reached out multiple times and never heard back. Had to spend €80 on a fan」
