「The cottage was very clean, comfortable and well stocked. This was a great place to stay while exploring central NS. If you plan to grill, be sure to bring charcoal. The view and the cool ocean breeze made for a relaxing time while sipping on a glass of wine or morning coffee from the deck. We would definitely stay here again.」

「The cabin and location is awesome! We loved the salt water hot tub. The first night we added wood and didn’t check the temperature and it was too hot to go in. So we went in the next morning. The cabin needs pot holders but we got away with using a tea towel to pull hot pans out of the oven. Love the view from the cabin of the ocean. And the upstairs view was also so beautiful!!! A problem we had is waiting for a staff meeting to be done to rent the kayaks and bikes. The office was supposed to...

「Very nice, very clean, and pretty fully equipped. Comfy bed and spacious rooms. Great and helpful staff. Kitchen could use a few more dishes and silverware for those who cook and eat on the premises. Overall, I would recommend and would go back!」

「The cottage was comfortable and well set up. We will definitely consider going back: it's a great distance for a weekend getaway from Halifax, and the amenities are nice (that sauna!). The only issue we found (because we went to curl up and read books together!) was that the lighting in the main space was not great: a couple of floor lamps would have been great. 」

「Wilson Coastal is a very nice rental. Location is great, right on the water; and the cabins are in great condition, clean and well appointed. Wilson Coastal allows pets, which is great for pet owners; but may be a problem for someone with pet allergies.」

「This is a lovely seaside villa. It has everything you need and more! Very clean and tastefully decorated. It was nice to take the 3 min walk to the wharf. Very well situated to visit the area but away from the business of Halifax. Highly recommend」

"Loved this hotel! Great location, friendly staff, and overall a really satisfying experience. I had a relaxing stay. The room was spacious. I used the sofa bed, but since it was placed near the air conditioner’s vent, it was a bit chilly. However, I asked the hotel staff for a blanket, and they kindly provided one, so it was fine. The view from the window faced the building across the street, but if you looked at an angle, you could catch a glimpse of the ocean. Overall, the room was clean, the hotel staff were friendly, and I had a very pleasant experience. I’d love to stay here again. Next time, I’d like to book a room with an ocean view."
