「We were not originally planning on staying in Middletown but were pleasantly surprised on arrival. The Garden House is very comfortable and convenient to many things in town. Linda, our host had special little touches that made the stay relaxing. Number one the shower is amazing! 「We got to stay at this property and use it as a great post wedding brunch for a few of our family members. It was one of the best decisions we made about the wedding because we got to reconnect with so many of our friends post wedding day! 「Great communication ahead of time. But then never received code for door (had to call) and never received WiFi (had to message). I guess the description is accurate and I did not read closely enough. There is no living room area. (Chair in kitchen. Chair in bedroom.) Instead there is a 6 seat dining room table in a large room between bedroom and kitchen which made no sense as it’s a very small apt. 「Gorgeous lakehouse」

「Location was good, nice view, but I didn’t realize highway 20 was just 40 yards below the deck, thus somewhat noisy outside. The host was wonderful, very responsive and accommodating, couldn’t ask for more. There was some dirt on blinds and window sills, but not bad. The neighborhood was ok, a few abandoned homes down the road, but nice homes surrounding the house. Overall a good stay, we went to Blue Lakes lodge to swim the next day, nice… 」

The best part was that it was only a 7-minute walk to a family member’s new home in Cobb, which made it incredibly convenient.
