「雰囲気最高」

「事前にホテルにメッセージを送信したところ、予約がはいっていないとの、メールがあった。Expediaのサイト上、予約になっているので2回問い合わせても返信なく、こちらから、Expediaのアンケートサイトから連絡して、確認を図ってもらったようだ。　観光地とはいえ部屋は綺麗とは言えず、コーヒーメーカーは床に置かないとコンセントにつながらず、非常に使いにくいテーブルと椅子があるだけだった。wifiありということだったがネットは完全に使えなかった。」

「Nice and quiet on the water」

「Absolutely horrible stay. It took over an hour to get the key code. The place looks like an unfinished Boy Scout project. Everything is old and dirty and rusty . Cigarette butts on the beach. Everything is rundown and damaged. I don’t believe that there was even a credible architect building this place. I felt like I was in a horror movie. Last but not least We found out that the place is for sale…..No wonder !」

「Their staff was wonderful! The shuttle service was great to use as it went to Duval St. and Smathers Beach several times a day. The driver was so helpful and informative! Loved my stay!」

「The hot tub was not on the property but was accessible through the property next-door, which was a little bit of a walk. Would have given it five stars if it wasn’t for the terrible individual at check-in. I don’t remember his name, but he stayed in the room in the back, not in the front where he belonged. He checked me into a room with no view actually a view with the wood fence could not see anything it felt like a prison cell. Call down to change room and was given a room on the third floor...

「The room was good with comfy beds. We couldn’t get the room to cool down though so it was a bit warmer than we would have liked. The shower sprays everywhere outside the shower stall so we needed towel to mop it up. I ended up with glass in my foot at the pool but the pool was enjoyable other than that. The breakfast was lacking. It was frozen breakfast sandwiches or a prepackaged muffin. I don’t think I would call that a continental breakfast. Probably wouldn’t stay here again.」

「Motel 」

「We enjoyed our stay here. It was quiet with exception of early morning rooster calls (not fault of property mgt). We used the pool facility and enjoyed the sun and swim at a clean pool. The staff at Yacht Haven accommodated all of our requests for clean towels during our stay. The AC was quiet and provided cool lodging.」

「Loved how the bar is right there outside the rooms. Can’t say anything bad besides it’s hard to see the sign when looking for the address!」

「Our first time to the Keys. This place was nice enough but we are water people and love fishing and being in the ocean. However, the beach area at this place was very brown and had a ton of seaweed. So going in the water in this area was not an option. Room was very very small and we like to have a closet and and a desk, this place didn't have that at all in the room. Pool looked really nice but we didn't get a chance to use it.」
