"The property was nice and clean. Parking was easy, right on the property. Located right on the beach and footpath, so the ocean view was nice. The owner supplied all of the usual conveniences in the kitchen and bath. I was concerned about the Alexa device that seemed to be always listening, so we unplugged it. "This was a convenient, yet quiet, place to spend a couple of nights relatively close (for an American) to Inverness. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and had great views. If visiting in warm weather, no A/C might be an issue for you, but the windows open and we were comfortable in September. On-site breakfast and restaurant were very handy and tasty. Easy parking. If it had a lift/elevator, it would be perfect."

The bathroom was newly re-furbished but other parts of the hotel a bit rustic"
