「We had such a great stay at The Porch on Frances! The property was beautiful, extremely clean, and very well maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful, and parking was easy and accessible, which made everything even more convenient. The instructions provided by the host were also very clear and helpful, so check-in and our overall stay went smoothly. We had no issues whatsoever and really enjoyed our time here. Would definitely recommend and would happily stay again!」

「The room is advertised as newly renovated, it was anything but! The noise level from the street was so loud it ruined our stay. Pool was filthy. We saw the same dead frog for 2 days. Worst place we have ever stayed.」

「I stayed on the 3rd floor, and unfortunately, the hallway was extremely hot. As soon as I entered the room, it was even hotter, which made it very uncomfortable to stay in, especially during the day. I tried adjusting the wall-unit air conditioner, which was set at 77°F. However, when I pressed the button to lower the temperature, the setting would not go down at all. Because of this, I believe the air-conditioning unit may have been broken or not working properly, and the room remained...

「bo interaction with staff, which was fine. clean well kept room. centrally located in key west so easy to walk to most attractions and shops. since there was no parking on site, i was licky to find a reasonble parking lot half a block away. street parking was very expensive and not available 24/7. i had a fantastic, uninterrupted stay.」

「The Azul Mansion was perfect for our anniversary this past week. The historic home and room are so charming and stocked with everything you need. Pool was clean and so delightful after a day out in the sun. The grounds were nicely manicured and gave it a very private feel with plenty of room for guests to enjoy. Check-in and out was so easy and the property management company was easy to communicate with the entire trip. The location does require walking into the more central part of town...
