「We did not use Hot Tub. There were 3 doggie beds, ( we call them climbs) in the basement, that was a great addition for our dog as she loves to hang out on them. Very pet friendly, very clean. Convenient to Lexington to see all the history in the town. The drive out to the house is awesome, very remote but we still felt very safe. Deer were everywhere. Big yard for the dog to play as well. We would definitely stay here again.」

「River’s Bend was one of our favorite western VA cabin stays to date. Its location is unique - remote enough for dark skies and the sounds of wildlife, with the thrill of the train when it makes its way through the tunnel under the property. 「The Manse provided the perfect place for our family over Thanksgiving. It’s spacious yet charming and was beautifully decorated for Christmas. It was well-stocked with everything we could possibly need during our stay. We especially loved being able to have our 2 dogs with us—and they even had their own ornament on one of the trees! Leigh was very easy to communicate with and was very responsive to our questions. We hope to stay here again and again. 」
