「There were only two luggage carts which was not even close to being enough. I waited over 30 minutes for a cart and ended up making several trips to my car with an 8 year old because we had to transport our own luggage without a cart. Also, had to wait a half hour to make a waffle at breakfast. Not enough waffle makers or staff to keep the food containers filled. Staff was not helpful and seemed annoyed to answer questions. Will not use this hotel again.」

「We reserved a king suite with jacuzzi. The floor had crumbs all over it so it clearly had not been cleaned. The sofa and room smelled like cat urine and the jacuzzi wasn't working properly. We never stayed due to the terrible room they tried to put us in.」

She has a service animal, not a pet, that was brought to watch over her when she was alone for a few hours on the last day of the stay, a service animal who is housebroken, of mature age, and fully grown as well as trained. She contacted them prior to having the SA brought to her regarding the animal policy. Since my card was on file, I was charged 345$ in extra fees due to the 1, 5hr service animal visit. No damage...

「We chose this place as a last minute one night stay. That being the case it was OK. It had almost equal points on the OK and Good side. On the good side, our room looked to be recently renovated. The paint, fixtures, bed, etc all seemed to have been done recently. 「We stay at Quality Inn at Eldridge, IA every spring. The hotel is always clean, staff is friendly, everything you need as far as groceries, fuel, places to eat are close by. The hotel is always quiet and the breakfast is good also. Highly recommended staying at this hotel!」

「The hotel looks like it might be starting some remodeling. Maybe new windows. Carpeting really needs replaced. Very disappointed in the bathroom. We really wanted a bathtub but there was no plug. Room overall clean and bed comfortable. We really just wanted a bath and bed. Bed did not disappoint.」
