Very old rooms, only soap which is like a foam is provided ( so we bought our shower gel and soap from the shop). Very small bathroom and the room itself. Staff is ok. Breakfast very poor. While the coffee everywhere we went is complimentary, in the hotel if you want extra you have to pay ( only in the breakfast area it is free). One day we got back in the evening and found our room not made up even though we left the tag outside. The front desk said they didn’t know why. The next day we got back after 2pm, the same thing, however the house keeping was still there and said they were busy and fixed our room while we waited ( the hose keeping manager was a bit frustrated that I complained, and to clean while we waited she considered as doing a favour to us). The location of the hotel is great.
