Just minutes from Downtown Loveland and a quick drive to Fort Collins, this lakefront retreat blends relaxation and convenience. Your dogs are welcome but need to be on the guest list. The Space:

Welcome to your Lake Loveland escape—freshly renovated with modern finishes, elevated design, and a second-story balcony overlooking the water. This stylish duplex offers serene lake views, contemporary comfort, and a bright, airy layout perfect for relaxing between adventures. Enjoy morning walks around Lake Loveland, quick access to local parks, and an easy drive to Downtown Loveland or the breweries, dining, and attractions of Fort Collins. Your dogs are welcome but please put them on the guest list. I'm sorry, no cats in the home.



Tour the home:

Enter the home by ascending the exterior stairs to the second-story front door. Inside, the open layout places the renovated kitchen and dining area to your left, with the inviting upstairs living room to the right. Down the hallway are two bedrooms—one with a plush king bed and the other with a full-over-twin bunk—along with a full bathroom and a laundry area stocked with detergent and dryer sheets.



Head downstairs to a spacious second living room, perfect for movie nights or spreading out, complete with a wet bar for drinks and snacks. This level also includes a full bathroom and a private bedroom with a luxurious king bed. From here, you have direct access to the attached 2-car garage for convenient parking and easy loading.

Guest Access:

Guests will have a personalized door code for the front door entrance. After entering walk downstairs and open the 2 car garage from the inside. You're welcome to park here or in the additional parking spaces out front.



Other Things to Note:

This is a side by side duplex with the second story balcony being divided between the two units. If you are traveling with a large group please let us know and we can send you the listing for the next door unit which is also a 3 bedroom / 2 bath.

I loved this property, and so did my dogs. It's beautiful inside, view of Lake Loveland is spectacular, and dog walks at close by Benson Sculpture gardens are a must.The host was great to work with. I highly recommend this property.
