"The property was great, the food was great, but the staff in general could use some training in hospitality. Unfortunately they were just not inviting in a greeting from the front desk at check in, the maid staff, and most of the food servers. That was honestly disappointing. As simple as a greeting or a hello or honestly anything would have made me feel more welcome and not like it was an inconvenience to help or assist you."

"This place is the perfect location for exploring the Charolette Amali area. It is central to everything and a daily vendors market with in walking distance. The staff is very helpful and available. Will definitely stay again. Note: lots of steps to haul you luggage up. Some taxi drivers will help if asked."
