From arrival to departure we were lavished with Jean's hospitality. He is extremely proud of his property and with good reason. Country setting, yet moments from everything. This was our temporary home, not merely a place to stay.

Une oasis de paix dans un coin de paradis

Propriétaire adorable, très prévenant et attentionné. La demeure est magnifique, avec un jardin soigné aux petits oignons, qui mérite amplement une petite promenade. Le pain frais et les brioches faites maison apparaissent dans la cuisine comme par magie dans la cuisine au petit matin. Bien que la petite ait versé sa larme en ne voulant pas quitter "la maison de la fête", nous envisageons de revenir sans elle afin de profiter pleinement de la version cocooning du séjour. Tout ce dont nous avions envie était qu'à une poignée de kilomètres plus loin (montagne, neige, visites variées, animaux, et bien sûr les restaurants très bien conseillés par notre hôte). Localisation et lieu de vie parfaitement idéaux. Pas d'autre locataires ! Tres grande intimité. Belle source d'informations. Qualité et gentillesse du propriétaire.

Stay in the countryside, enjoy Lourdes

Wonderful apartment in an old farmhouse in the countryside. The site is lovely, peaceful but only 5 minutes to all the places in Lourdes that you will want to visit. Jean is a wonderful host. On our arrival he took us for a ride around town to familiarize us with the town, restaurants and parking. The apartment is lovely and well appointed and everything is provided for breakfast including fresh bread and muffins. You will not find a better place to stay to enjoy all that Lourdes has to offer.

Excellant accommodation in fantastic location

We had 10 days in this accommodation and I cannot recommend it high enough. Very close to the Grotto in Lourdes. The owner is extremely helpful and ensured that we saw all the sights. We hope to return next year.

Un superbe séjour!

Nous venions pour la deuxième fois à la Demeure aux pins car j avais vraiment apprécié mon séjour la première fois. . L accueil est chaleureux, la suite très propre et confortable. On se trouve très proche de Lourdes mais dans un cadre rural, Au calme, avec un accès facile aux grands sites comme Gavarnie.. Nous avons passé un très bon moment avec les enfants. Notre hôte fut de très bons conseils quant aux sites à visiter, activités à faire, très à l écoute de nos besoins aussi.. Bref, un régal! Je recommande volontiers La demeure aux pins!

Wonderful stay in a beautiful location

We were warmly greeted by our gracious host, who was keen to ensure our stay was wonderful. We arrived by car and were taken on a driving tour of the town, shown landmarks to assist our own explorations, best free parking, restaurants, and tourist must sees. 'Town' was only a 5 minute drive away, but meant our 'country' property was peaceful, with beautiful gardens, a lovely terrace and great parking. Our apartment was clean and comfortable and well appointed, the breakfast beautiful, and use of washing facilities included. Our host was generous and friendly and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The location was perfect for exploring Lourdes, the surrounding villages and the magnificent Pyrenees.

Cadre très agréable (terrain, maison, chambre et coin cuisine), et hôtes extraordinaires ! D'une générosité exemplaire (ils m'ont aidée bien au delà du raisonnable suite à un accident). Petit déjeuner copieux avec notamment des brioches faites maison par madame (très bonnes!). La suite (chambre, coin cuisine et sdb) réservée aux invités est irréprochable au niveau de la propreté. Les lits sont très confortables. Le rapport qualité/prix est top. A recommander si vous allez sur Lourdes !
