This hotel is a gem. It’s an easy walk to the Lourdes candlelight procession and churches. Make sure to take the elevator instead of walking the entire way! (Ask front desk to find out where it is :) ). Actual coffee cups in the rooms and fantastic bamboo toothbrushes! Breakfast was good and staff extremely accommodating and helpful. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Great hotel for seniors as there is a lift

Got this hotel at £34 per night through Expedia and would recommend it to anyone. The manager who was on reception when we arrived could not have been more helpful. Hope to stay there again the next time we go to Lourdes. Paid 8 Euros for parking which has access direct from reception. Well worth it.

Chambre propre, personnel très aimable: cela fait vraiment du bien. Petit déjeuner avec un choix sucré ou salé et j'ai particulièrement apprécié la possibilité de dîner avec un menu changeant chaque jour et des plats que j'ai trouvé très bons. Service impeccable, avec le sourire, et le souci de rendre heureux leurs locataires. Il y a des petites imperfections comme les portes qui claquent lourdement mais tout cela est effacé par l'amabilité du personnel. Possibilité de parking, ce qui est appréciable quand on vient en voiture.

広めのダブルルームを選んだら、予想以上に広くて快適でした。お風呂とシャワールームもあり、そしてトイレが別々にあって、日本人の私には良かったです。 朝食のパンはとてもサクサクで美味しかったです。受付のムッシュはとても早口のフランス語でしたが親切でした。 駐車場には、雨が降っていても濡れずに建物内から直接行けました。 ホテルにあった案内のレストランは、近くにあり、とても親切でsympaで、美味しかったです。早めに行かないと人気らしく満員でした。 また行くなら、ここを選びます。
