Good villa, great location

Villa Valentina is in the perfect location. Quinta do mar is walking distance from the boardwalk and some of the best restaurants in the area. The villa was a great size with plenty of space and all amenities you could require. The only issue is that it is starting to show its age. Broken shower in the master, pool waterfall wasn't working and some of the furniture was a little tired. However, i do believe much of this is priced in as more modern villas in the same location would be substantially more expensive. So overall we had a lovely stay in a good villa but in the perfect location for a reasonable price.

Perfect for group of friends

We had a fantastic stay at Villa Valentina - couldn't have asked for better. Perfect for group of friends - large pool, BBQ, table tennis etc. Great location too.

Christmas in the Algarve

We had a good family holiday over the Christmas period staying at Villa Valentina. Overall this is a nice property, but there are a few observations for renters as well as the property management company. Seashell Property Management were easy to deal with and attentive. The villa is really spacious and can accommodate mixed families and children. The kitchen is reasonably well appointed, but could do with a review and upgrade of some of the cutlery, crockery, pans etc. to manage for a potential party of 10. The location is quiet and whilst the beach is around a 15-20 minute hilly walk away, it may not suit those who are looking for short stroll options as there aren’t too many. A car is therefore a must and the villa is well positioned to access VDL and QDL.. I think that this property could be elevated to a different quality level with a bit of TLC, external furniture, pool area, pergola. Internally, the decor and kitchen require attention in some places.

Perfect Location - A wonderful holiday

We had a wonderful time in the very spacious Villa Valentina - we were a party of 8 and the villa accommodated all of us easily. Plenty of sun beds and a very clean and refreshing pool meant we spent much of our time at the villa but beach only a 15/20 minute walk away if you fancy a change of scene. Villa looking a little bit tired in some areas, for example the door that covers the integrated fridge had come off and was just left in the dining room,, the handrail on the steps up to the villa from the drive was rather wobbly etc, but these were minor, we ere there end of season and it did not impact on our enjoyment. Would we come back - absolutely!

Great property and superb location.

This villa is one of he best we have stayed in. 6 adults and 5 children all under 10. Plenty of space, games room, superb air con and the swimming pool perfect. Located at the end of a no through road so very peaceful and relaxing. Beach with its restaurants very close, adults can walk it, we used the car for the small kids in under 3 minutes! Within a 10 minutes car trip to the shops and other restaurants. Surrounded by golf courses, villa Valentina we will be back. Ollie August 2018
