Super Appartement

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt wirklich genossen. Das Appartement ist sehr gepflegt, geräumig und super ausgestattet. Im Schlafbereich ist es etwas wärmer als im unteren Wohnbereich, aber es gibt oben einen Lüfter, so dass wir gut schlafen konnten.Es sind nur wenige Schritte bis zum Hafen und zum nächsten Supermarkt. Zum Strand läuft man etwa 7 Minuten.Ein rundum gelungener Urlaub!

Vilamoura

The apartment was very nice, clean and tidy, the bed was comfy, as was the sofa. All amenities were available however, you will need to be prepared for alot of noise, as the bar opposite is noisy and open until 5am, also the weather was very hot and because there was no air con in the bedroom, we decided to sleep downstairs because there was only an antiquated free standing unit in the bedroom that was inadequate and did not work properly . We would have loved to have slept in the comfy clean bed, but alas it was the sofa and single mattress for us for 4 out of 6 nights.

Perfect Location

30 seconds to the marina, 5 mins to the beach. What could be better. Simple mezzanine apartment & despite being on the main road it was quiet. Air con was great, WiFi was patchy but I don’t come on holiday to be online. Private car park next to apartment which was perfect as we hired a car. Manager is based in an office directly below if you have any problems. Would recommended

Vilamoura vibe

Ricardo's place is in a great location, in the heart of the Marina. Everything is just a short distance away. We had a great time in Vilamoura. He is a very good host too. He was always ready to help. Certainly recommendable.

Vilamoura for 12 nights

Generally it was a good appartment, clean and in good shape. A problem was, that we were about 30 m away fro a Karaoke-Bar and the nights t was loud.

Nice loft, good spacious living/dining room, master bedroom is good and has a comfy mattress. The second room seems small to accommodate two, for what it is worth, check with the owner to confirm the fourth sleeping accommodation. The main issue is the bar in front, convenient if you stay out to the early hours, otherwise in high season the noise will interfere with your night’s sleep. The location is perfect, just around the harbour and plenty of bars and restaurants around. You will enjoy the place, especially if you have your own car, as parking is made available at no extra cost.

Estadia afável e adequada com o publicitado

Alojamento bem localizado, aprumado e com um espaço agradável para uma estadia para 3 ou 4 pessoas. O imóvel estava de acordo com o publicitado, bem equipado ao nível de eletrodomésticos, com a única excepção a ser apenas a falta de microondas, mas compensada com os restantes equipamentos. Foi uma semana que recomendo...

Apartment is located in Marina area, one way street, really crowded during all day (people, ambulance , big motorcycles, big sport cars, ) the owner did not indicate that air conditioning was only at ground level. Bedroom is at upper level and it was really difficult to sleep for 7 nights. We Found a vintage fan in the flat, but it was tricky the use for sleeping, didn't work at 100%. Furniture is pretty old style, bathroom sink does not work properly, there is no sufficient water. In front of apartment there is a bar lounge which works from 10pm to 5.00 am, it Is a negative for guests because young foreign people spend all night drinking, singing, shouting. Negative experience. .I was obliged to close bedroom window every night suffering an impressive hot!🥵🥵 🥵. Owner is a nice person, I told him about my concerns. I wouldn't recommend this apartment if the guest wishes a relaxing location and a/conditioning everywhere. Vilamoura is an attractive village, movida is 24hr and the flat is particularly indicated for young people. 2 positive things: Wi-Fi and good connection of many TV channels. Thanks however Ricardo 🙂

O sítio era excelente, próximo de tudo. A casa encontrava-se limpa e em boas condições. Tivemos uma ótima recepção onde nos deixaram fruta, vinho, pão e alguns produtos de limpeza, apenas tenho a comentar que faltam alguns pormenores, nomeadamente o forno! E temos estacionamento privado, que é super útil e importante. Fomos muito bem recebidos pelo proprietário, gostei muito e espero voltar numa próxima!
