Sunny, Comfortable, Great host

Awesome space just as pictured. Leenette was wonderful and even accommodated us dropping off a few belongings before check-in. The two couches were very comfortable and the deck was perfect for morning coffee. Very safe neighborhood. Will stay here again!

Great Place!

Very spacious for a 1 bedroom/1 bath property. Clean, recently renovated, everything was new….overall a great experience. Nice quiet neighborhood close to everything. We would definitely stay here again

Updated modern apartment and super clean

Two night stay and great location for us. The apartment was super clean. I appreciate that the most, when staying somewhere. Modern touch while keeping old world charm. Nice porch to sit and have coffee. Small bathroom that is typical in older homes. The bath/shower is small, modern and requires a step down into shower. If that is an issue for you. Second floor so keep that in mind. We enjoyed our stay and felt at home.

Absolutely Perfect!

I am a travel nurse, so I have stayed at my share of temporary places. Leenette's place is the absolute most lovely/beautiful home I have stayed at to this date. First off, Leenette allowed for me to check in early and I genuinely appreciated it. I worked all night the night before and seemed to have a gap in checking out of one place and checking into her place. She was in close communication with me throughout the entire trip and I couldn't have asked for anything better. The place is so beautifully decorated; yet, the original windows and balcony doors gave the place such a extraordinary experience. I would get off work in the a.m and sit on the balcony while eating breakfast. It was great stress relief. The neighborhood is very nice and safe. There are several parks in the area which were nice. The bed was extremely comfortable. TV and ceiling fan in the bedroom as well as the living room. This makes such a huge difference and it is not costly; yet, it is rare to find. 100% recommend this place to anyone. Leenette is such a great host!
