It's nestled in the Highlands just steps from the best restaurants, shopping, and entertainment the Derby City has to offer. You'll fall in love with the gleaming hardwoods, exquisite detail, high ceilings, formal dining room, updated kitchen, large deck & fenced yard w/ fire pit and Hot Tub. Perfect for large groups, Derby, family/friends reunion, bourbon tour.

• The perfect group vacation getaway. Yes, 3 HUGE PRIMARY SUITES.
• Bedrooms: 6 large Bedrooms and 5 Bathrooms total.
• Sleeping: Lots of room for everyone and 10 beds including 2 Kings, 3 Queens, 3 Fulls, 1 Twin, and 1 Queen air bed. 🛏️
• Host: Cathy your co-host calls The Masters her home. She takes great care of the property so you should feel right at home.

OUTDOOR OASIS
Enjoy the large deck and fenced yard with a fire pit and Hot Tub. 🔥

*Note: We cannot 100% guarantee the hot tub will be available on any specific dates due to unforeseen maintenance.

Truly amazing house!! We had a last minute situation that caused us to not have a house. Erik the property manager was incredible. He was responsive and very helpful. The house is huge and right near bars and restaurants. I highly recommend staying here.

Fun Time in Louisville

Great location and perfect place for our group of 8! Eric and Wayne were very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. Great restaurants and bars were within walking distance. Perfect centralized location for our bourbon distillery excursions. Highly recommend staying here!!

Great Location for a Bourbon Trail Bachelor Party

This house had plenty of space for our group of 5 couples to spread out during a Bachelor/ette trip to the Bourbon Trail. We walked to a couple of great bars and restaurants along Bardstown Road over the weekend, and it was a short uber from the airport. Owners were very responsive, and everything with the home made the weekend perfect for our group.

Wonderful place to stay!

Our stay has been incredible! The house is beautiful and well equipped to host our team of high school kids and coaches. Everything has been very easy and comfortable thanks so much!
