Welcome to the Derby City Escape! Our beautiful new modern construction home is walking distance to the Ohio River and many fantastic restaurants, bars, and local shops. Every detail was thought out during construction to ensure our guests had plenty of room to relax and gather inside and on our gorgeous patio. Enjoy the Derby city in style and enjoy all the thrills of bourbon country in our modern appointed home.

Our family stayed at this property for a family wedding. House was top quality and had everything you would need. Very clean. Nice Jeffersonville neighborhood with short walk to river and shopping. Will definitely stay here again.

Perfect size and location for bourbon touring. We had 4 couples and ample space for each plus parking for multiple cars. Great restaurants on Indiana side near the river.

If you're looking for a super clean, nicely decorated, great house in Jeffersonville with comfortable beds, convenient parking, perfect location for a quick walk to the Big Four Station Park, numerous local restaurants, cute shops, everything "river front" and better stocked than any VRBO we've ever rented, you found it. It is clear the owner has put extra thought into making this a great place to stay. But don't tell too many people...we want to come back next year!!

Modern comfort in a great location!

This modern property was the perfect size for three couples, fitting three beds and three and a half baths comfortably. The beds are genuinely comfortable, and having a washer and dryer in-unit is a real convenience.The location really convenient. You'll find plenty of dining options nearby, and Louisville is just an easy drive away. If you're looking for a clean, well-equipped home base with all the essentials, this place delivers.

Eric’s place was great for our girls’ getaway. The house was beautiful and well-equipped. Had everything we needed. Location was excellent for getting away from Louisville, but still close to all. Lots to do in the neighborhood. Would definitely recommend!!!

Awesome Place

Absolutely LOVED this place, the surrounding neighborhood and the town of Jeffersonville! Was so convenient to Louisville and had EVERYTHING we needed. We were 3 couples and enjoyed having 3 1/2 bathrooms. So wonderfully decorated and cozy and our walks along the river were beautiful! Highly recommend and would stay again in a heartbeat!

Stayed here for a laid back trip with family to do a few things in Louisville. Didn’t realize Jeffersonville was such a cute town with lots going on. House was wonderful and comfortable. Lots of space, everything we needed and more, quiet, clean, perfect for us. Communication was excellent. Definitely a find!

Perfect R4R tournament house!!!

We couldn’t have picked a better house for our recent stay for the R4R basketball tournament. We stayed last year at a hotel in downtown Louisville for this event. So glad we changed it up and stayed here. House was great, super clean and in a perfect location for the commute back and forth to the Expo. Maybe took 15 min tops even with traffic. Neighborhood felt very safe and secure. House was within walking distance to the downtown area of Jeffersonville. Lots of great food and shopping on the Main Street. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone going to Louisville area. You will not be disappointed!!
