    The owners started with a 1900’s home and took it down to the brick walls, adding 4 new bathrooms and 2 kitchens with gas ranges to create a stunning work of art!

    📍 LOCATION: CHURCHILL DOWNS
    Located on the backside of Churchill Downs—home to the grooms, hot walkers, and all the working folks that make the Derby the greatest two minutes in the sport!

    Great for exploring Louisville's dining scene after the Bourbon Trail, events at KYEXPO, sports at The U of L Stadium, or a trip with the family.

This place was exceptionally clean. The parking in back was great because the front was always crowded. Plenty of place settings and cooking items available. Located within short distances from coffee, restaurants, grocery stores, expo center, Churchill downs, and others.
