The Space:
Note: Pool access is available from Memorial Day through Labor Day (currently under maintenance)

To comply with regulations and community requirements, guests must provide a valid government-issued photo ID, confirm contact information, complete our verification process, and in some cases undergo a background check. Entry will be denied, and the reservation canceled if these steps are not completed.

All guests are required to sign a rental usage agreement covering the terms of stay. By booking, you agree to the following:
* You accept and are bound by the rental terms and conditions (\$250 deposit required).
* A valid government-issued ID and matching credit card must be presented prior to check-in.
* A background check may be required if mandated by property management or the building.
Booking requirements: Primary guest must be at least 22 years old. Local guests must be 25 years old or above. Strict no weapons or drugs policy applies; violations will involve law enforcement.
Noise policy: Guests must avoid disturbing neighbors and observe quiet hours between 9pm and 8am daily.
Pest policy: Louisville’s climate may bring occasional bugs such as ants or roaches. Regular pest control is scheduled, and service can be arranged if needed.

You have access to your own stylish apartment. In addition, you can lounge by the resort-style pool, work out in the fitness center, or enjoy one of the other fantastic, on-site amenities.

The apartment is situated in a quiet and newly developed area in a convenient location near downtown, NULU and many of the best areas in Louisville
Getting Around:
We recommend driving near and in Louisville proper, and there are rideshares, public transportation and scooters for those who would prefer not to bring or rent a car. No matter what you want to do, it's easy to get around in this area.
