  • Fully furnished walkout basement. Large open living space with large industrial style cooking space to enjoy meals, conversations, and a great time. Upstairs Master bed suite has Queen size bed with full bathroom and Jacuzzi. Total of four bedrooms upstairs including master suite. One has a full size, another a queen size bed, and the bonus room has two singles. The downstairs master suite has a queen bed. Office is available with a computer or for reading and music pleasures. Fireplace warms the living area with High Def TV. Deck available for barbecuing and relaxing. Located in well lite area, very quiet, with police monitoring. Twenty minutes away from Churchill Downs, Downtown, and the Ohio River. Fifteen minutes from Bourbon Trail. Perfect for Kentucky Derby, travelers looking to celebrate events, family, and alike are welcome.
