At that point, my family was already packed and ready to leave the hotel. The night before, I called to request two additional pillows - it was ten o'clock. The front desks response was "Sure. Would you also like the toilets scrubbed." While the hotel itself is comfortable, the service was not up to the same standard. "

My room had a large hole in the carpet, the bathroom sink had drainage issues, and the telephone was dead / nonfunctional. I could not wait to leave."
