"Beautiful hotel, and super nice staff. Front desk Rogers was great. He cared all details, and made my check in, check out and stay so smooth. Will come back to this hotel next trip to Louisville. "

"I stayed on thanksgiving night. So it was sort of limited on service, and I was not informed at the front if anything in the hotel was open at all. But I did get a free upgrade to a suite! It was lovely! I would have liked to have a more comfortable blanket and pillows. But everything else was great."

"I enjoy this hotel. Good restaurants and bar. Lots of bourbons choices. It has the feel of an old style hotel with the glamour of yesteryear. It has some maintenance issues that shoud be addressed - some obvious wear and tear - but the feel of the hotel’s old pomp and history is there. Recommended."

"Loved the shower: hot water, the glass curved door, stepping in a shower, not a tub, the high shower head, plenty of head room. The water pressure could have been harder. Our corner room was clean. Loved the full length mirror in the hallway. Not super quiet as our room faced the street, but we managed."

"This is a beautiful Victorian style bed n breakfast. The hot tub in the room was great for a couples get away. Breakfast and the staff were great, and the free cookies were a delight. Will definitely come back!"
