"Breakfast was marginal: muffins, yogurt with fruit, 2 dry cereals, coffee, 2 juices & teas. Room was spacious with balcony. Underground parking limited, but free. "

"Other than fruit - breakfast had gluten. No one there to check us in when arrived as out running errands. I guess I expected more for a $300+US stay (double what I generally pay). Don't use hot tub. Fireplace is a nice touch but shutting off at 10 is a bit early 11 would have been nicer. "

"Fresh cold breakfast but lots of variety and hot coffee. Very homey feeling. Hottub available. Owners played with my grandson and they have a friendly dog. Rooms are very clean. Beds are comfortable. "

"Communication was excellent. Very easy to get in and out. Great location perfect little studio. The only thing missing was a box of Kleenex and if that’s all I have to complain about it was a five over five stay"

"The hotel is beautiful. But the bed was uncomfortable, the restaurant was closed and there was no AC. Also I didn’t realize it was $38 extra per day for parking. You have to valet a car because there’s no self park option. We only stayed one night so I didn’t get the opportunity to use the spa but it was nice that they offer yoga classes etc. "

"The rooms were small for the price point. I wish we had a fireplace. They put out snacks in a basket making it look like they were complimentary only to find out that I was charged 18.00 for beef jerky and other bars. The TV's were part of the mirror and kind of low and small. The hotel so nicely appointed and loved the restaurants and staff. The location was fabulous. I experience it once but will get a bigger place with a fireplace next time in Tellruide. Coffee shop was ok. Food was good in all 3 outlets. The 275.00 for a rollaway be was excessive. "

"Absolutely deserving of the reputation this place has. Many more amenities in the kitchenette than I actually expected, including a tube burner stove, top, toaster, dishes & utinsils. Rooftop hot tubs are by reservation but free and included in the hotel room rate. We had no problems getting a reservation. Also get free access to the spa and Pools at the Peaks resort. "
