"We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel was close to everything we wanted to see and do and easy to access our room when needed. Our room was perfect for what we needed. Our only complaint would be that the room never got below 74 degrees so it was pretty warm for sleeping and relaxing. We didn't spend a ton of time in the room anyway so it was a huge problem. "

"Staff very very helpful. Space room was ok too for traveling with children and since is next to Grand station so is easy to arrive everywhere just walking some blocks or taking the Metro. I would love TO Stay there again. "

"Room was clean and larger than I expect in NYC, and they upgraded us to two queen beds (instead of one). Grab & Go breakfast was plenty substantial, staff were efficient. The lobby is very busy but the floors are quiet, and being just steps away from Times Sq was so convenient. The free walking tours were an added bonus that we really enjoyed too. I would definitely stay here again."

"The hotel was basic. The room was tiny and very old. The rug had stains on the floor where an iron was dropped and cigarette burns. The place was clean ish. Beware the $137 charge for incidentals that does NOT get returned. It is meant for the services such as luggage storage and whatnot. This is in addition to the cost of the hotel and was not included in the booking which basically decreases the cost artificially when booking. Pay attention. I would have booked another hotel had I known of that extra charge."

"My stay was paid for through Expedia; but my card was charged after my stay with no explanation. I’m still trying to figure that out. A call to the hotel was not returned "

"The elevator situation was awful. You had to use your card for it to tell you which elevator to go to but it was like there was no logic behind it. We waited through 6 elevators to come down because all of them were full. It was infuriating. "
