Brand new mountain apartment with a generous layout 3 + kk (52m2) is located in the immediate vicinity of the Klínovec Ski Resort.250m to the lift) in a private enclosed area completed in 2021. The apartment has 2 bedrooms for 2 + 2 persons, a living room with a large sofa, a fully equipped kitchen, a dishwasher, a microwave and a classic oven, a flat-screen TV and a bathroom with a shower. The apartment also has a washing machine and dryer. The advantage is the luxurious environment of the apartment and an above-standard terrace with an area of 23 square meters from which there is a beautiful and unobstructed view of the Loučná valley. This place offers relaxing and undisturbed relaxation. Bed linen, towels, tea towels are included in the rental. Pets are not allowed. Freedom farewells and other similar celebrations cannot take place in this accommodation.
