This level also includes 1 bedroom equipped with a French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, a shower room, and a separate WC.

The upper floor serves as the main living and dining area, featuring an entrance hall and a spacious kitchen and living room with a dining table and direct exit to the second terrace. This floor is designed to be the social heart of the property, combining cooking and relaxation spaces in an open and functional layout.

The top floor comprises 2 additional bedrooms, both characterized by attractive sloping ceilings. The first is an open walk-through room with 1 single bed measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length, while the interconnecting room contains 2 single beds of the same dimensions, each 90 cm wide and 190 cm in length.
