  • This apartment was designed by a local architect and then built by local masons. The large tiled terrace leads directly to the spacious garden, which features lounge chairs and other amenities, where you can enjoy the peace and quiet with a good book. The garden includes outdoor showers (well-covered to ensure privacy), a grill, and a fireplace, allowing you to prepare and enjoy delicious meals outdoors.

    The vacation rental is divided into 4 areas: a bedroom with a double bed, another bedroom with two beds, a spacious kitchen equipped with everything needed to prepare meals, and a bathroom with a shower, sink, toilet, and bidet.

I booked this apartment because it was 400m from the beach and within the city of Santa Maria Navaresse. The host contacted me to mention that there was an issue with the property I rented and that he is offering an alternative. The alternative turned out to be about an hour walking distance from the city which meant that I had to drive everywhere. More over, the apartment wasn’t as nice and it was in a basement, under another family (not great for privacy). Keep in mind that this review is for the alternative apartment not for this one. If I knew this was a possibility I would have booked another apartment. The host kindly offered a discount on the price but it does not make up for the experience.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in Tancau/Santa Maria Navarrese. Die Wohnung liegt fußläufig 5 Minuten vom Strand, 10 Gehminuten zu den meisten Restaurants und 10 bis 20 Autominuten zu den schönsten Stränden die wir je gesehen haben. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, Bettwäsche und Handtücher wie beschrieben vorhanden. Klimaanlage hat funktioniert, was für die kühle Nächte zum Schlafen können notwendig war. Unser Vermieter war jederzeit auf kurzem Wege über WhatsApp erreichbar und regelmäßig an der Unterkunft vorzufinden.Top Urlaub, top Wohnung, unkomplizierter Vermieter, alles einwandfrei. Wir empfehlen sie gerne weiter und kommen sicherlich auch nochmal wieder.
