Lovely cottage

The cottage is lovely and has everything you need for a stay. The decor is charming. We enjoyed fishing off the pier, catching and cooking crabs, and eating them on the screened in patio. Quiet and relaxing get away.

Wonderful Stay

We had a great time crabbing and fishing on the dock. The sunrise and sunset are unmatched. Our kids played with every activity provided and were never bored. Neighbors were so kind and helpful and really enhanced our visit.

Beautiful home with tons for the kids to do

Great place to stay with a fantastic view. Kids loved all the activities to do at the home and property manager was wonderful to deal with and even went over the top with the welcome sign with our name on it. Highly recommend!

Quick vacation

The location was perfect. Love the view and the quiet neighborhood. Could not ask for a better stay. Easy checkin and everything we needed was provided. Would come back to stay again. Dock and beach access was great.

Bay Vacation

Beautiful Bay view and pier access. Super clean, comfortable and attractive cottage with TONS of activity equipment in the finished and screened in lower level. Great for kids and teens but anyone would enjoy! Pet friendly, too! Highly recommend.

Relaxing Weekend

We had a worry free fall weekend at the house. The house was inviting, clean and had so many great hang out spaces. The hosts made everything comfortable and easy. Great place to spend some time by the water.

Just perfect

We had a chance to spend the weekend with our kids (age 18 and 20), and we couldn't have asked for a better location. The view was spectacular and the home was perfect. It was so peaceful and relaxing, yet there was so much to do—fishing, kayaking, paddleboarding, ping-pong, darts, board games, the list goes on. Everyone had a fantastic time. The only problem is that were only there for three nights!

We had the most relaxing week possible! The house was clean and very well appointed. The view and pier were spectacular The homeowner (Monica) was quick to answer any question that came up. Bayside dream cottage

We just spent a wonderful two nights at this property. The house was clean, welcoming, beautifully and thoughtfully decorated. Unfortunately our visit was not for vacation purposes but the cottage did not disappoint. We woke up early each morning to view the beautiful sunrise over the bay as we enjoyed our coffee. We hope to return on a happier occasion.

Amazing home in Amazing location.. The house had everything we needed and more. The neighborhood was great and the neighbors were welcoming and filled with knowledge of the area.. our family was able to relax and enjoy all aspects of the bay! Great Getaway

Our stay at this location was short but very sweet. This property has everything and then some. The owner has beautifully decorated the cottage & it provides many amenities. Could not match the sunsets and sunrise. Only draw back was that the mosquitos were very bad one evening & we had to retreat inside. Would highly recommend this property!!

A perfect getaway…

The place is cute and very clean. Very nice view to enjoy when you wake up. My kids enjoy fishing. Love the firepit enjoyed it on a cooler night. Overall its a great stay. We should have stay there for 2 more days. We did not use the basement/ first floor yet. My wife wanted to book again this xoming summer.

Perfect Weekend on the Water

This has been one our favorite VRBO stays only a few hours away from our home and Monica was wonderful to work with. Her home is perfectly decorated to feel like you are at the beach with incredible water views and everything you might possibly need to be entertained for the weekend. We brought our dog, Seymour, and it was a perfect place for him with all the accommodations to love the water and the backyard! We grilled, took advantage of all the kitchen necessities, enjoyed the front sitting room, deck, outdoor fire pit area and the downstairs screened-in game room, especially on Saturday when it rained. We absolutely plan to come back!

Girls getaway👯‍♀️

I cannot say enough amazing things about Monica’s place on the Potomac!!! We went for a girls getaway, (delayed 50th birthday celebration) there were 4 of us. Monica has thought of everything to make your stay enjoyable. We spent most of our time on the deck just enjoying the serenity of it all. Loved all the cute decorations! Plenty of space for everyone! The downstairs area felt like a private party area. The views are amazing from every room in the house. Walking out of your bedroom every morning to the most beautiful sunrise was the highlight! We have decided this is going to be our new tradition…thank you Monica!

Great place to vacation

This area is beautiful, great area and location. Fishing was good and bad. Be careful an watch your fishing equipment. Had a 50lb test line on a fishing rod/reel, and darn sea creature wanted my rod more than me. Rod was pulled from the dock; my daughter jumped in but could grab it. I don’t know if the creature heard me talking or it just wanted my rod. LOL. All in all, it was a wonderful time and family enjoyed it a lot. I will recommend this rental and area to friends and more. Thank you for sharing your home.

Wonderful spot to relax.

Thank you for sharing this beautiful house with us. The location is very nice. I love the sunroom, it is the perfect reading room and with the windows open, the only sound is the lapping of the water against the rocks. We had cloudy, rainy weather but I’m not a fan of the heat so it was lovely for me. Though we did catch and release, we caught red drum, eel, and blue crab. The layout of the house is awesome, especially during the rain and wind. A lot of games available if you’re inclined and the screened-in porch is great for summer. I’m thinking coming back in the warmer months would be nice since the area is large enough, with so much to do and with the porch space, I never have to leave the house. The neighbors are quiet, though this may have been due to the time of year and our trip was during the week. The kitchen had everything we needed. I’m so used to having to bring all my kitchen towels and mitts because other homes I’ve stayed in only leave one for a whole week, but this house had several so your not having to do laundry constantly. I would and hopefully will stay here again. Thank you!
