"When we arrived the hosts were VERY thorough; here are the plates, knives, forks, fridge, washing machine, washing machine manuel. The tour took 30 mins! When we finallu asked, "where is the pool?", we were told to arrange a time and we could use it. When we did this the next day, we were told it was broken, and broke two days before our arrival. We received no communication prior to check in regarding the pool and the hosts were misleading when we checked in. There is another review from April...

The information to get in were very great, great flat, great views. very quiet, 20 min walk to the beach , shops near by, great swimming pool. 20 min Walk to Siam Park. The communication for the agency which manages the flat was very great, gives all the details to get to the flat with video and checks that we were happy with the flat during the stay. "

"Beautiful hotel with fantastic views, staff and pool areas. Made to feel special from the moment we checked in. Spacious rooms with an extremely comfortable bed. Great options for breakfast and waiter service at pool areas. No sunbed reservations which made finding a sunbed at any time of day easy. Fantastic views meant a bit of a hill to walk back up to hotel, but very cheap taxi fare if you chose not to walk it. "
