「Love the view from our room. Close to all amenities.」

「Staff are excellent; very friendly and attentive. I asked to change rooms a few nights in because the view wasn't great and they were really nice about it, changed me to a room on the other side of the hotel. The food is basic but of good quality, drinks are excellent. The lobby bar is a really nice spot in the evening. The rooms are spacious and clean, sure they're not super modern but theyre far from hideous. Only downside was the rooftop pool was closed for renovations. Hoping it looks super...

「Clean and the process of checking in and out were very simple. It is recommended but unfortunately two thirds of the laundry machines were out of orders and could use only one and was very busy while we stayed.」

「A really affordable place to stay in Tenerife. Easy access to places nearby such as shopping, eating out, pubs, beach and a free daily scheduled bus/coach shutter going to las vista beach in las americas. Room was great, 3 pools was a benefit as we wanted to peaceful holiday and the gym was great. Cleaning service was top class as we stayed for 2 weeks we got cleaning services every 3rd day, which was nice getting everything restocked and cleaned etc. free on street parking is nearby the hotel,...

「Huge room, microwave, thanks」

Kom...

「Excellent hotel and really convenient location for getting around the island. Look forward to staying again」

「Arrived at 3.30am due to delayed flight. David on reception was very friendly and helpful and got us checked in swiftly. Hotel was exceptionally clean in all areas. Lovely pools. Room although a little dated was nice and large with lhuge balcony and great sea view. Stayed in a lot of hotels in Tenerife and this room was immaculately clean. None of them horrible little bugs found in various hotels. They must have a good pest control regime. Would i go back, yes without a doubt- when i can sleep...
