Enjoy your vacation in this modern, newly built villa with a private pool, located in the heart of Los Montesinos. Just 15 minutes from the beautiful sandy beaches of the Costa Blanca and close to impressive golf courses.
This south-facing villa features 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a spacious living-dining area with an open kitchen, rooftop terrace, balcony, and a pleasant terrace surrounding the house. The terrace offers a private pool (4.10 m x 2.80 m) with outdoor shower, 2 sun loungers, and a large table for 6 people—perfect for enjoying the sun all day.
On the ground floor, you'll find the living-dining room with a fully equipped open kitchen, washing machine, and the first bedroom with a double bed, TV, built-in wardrobe, and a bathroom with shower.
Upstairs, there are two more bedrooms with double beds, built-in wardrobes, and two full bathrooms with showers. This floor gives access to the spacious balcony and the rooftop terrace, where you can enjoy stunning views of the two salt lagoons of Torrevieja.
The entire property is equipped with central air conditioning for heating and cooling. Free street parking is available.
