「We were most happy with this cute, clean & comfortable cottage! Truly enjoyed our interaction with Flora & Dimi! Don’t know anything about a winery however….did we miss something?」

「We had a little problem with the door key entry...but it wasn't really a problem because Taryn solved it so quickly! We parked the car and never had to use it for the 3-day visit because everything was within an easy walking distance. This was the perfect place to experience Old Town!」

「This was a great choice for us. Affordable, clean, comfortable and safe area. Neighbors out walking their dogs daily. Close to Nob Hill where there’s lots of restaurants and breweries. We would stay here again. They need to update their picture of the outside of home, much nicer with the upgrades they’ve made. Reason for 4 stars, is some of mini blinds need replaced. Open areas that someone could look through in the living room window. 」

Host was very quick and helpful when a minor issue was encountered (clogged toilet), and it was handled immediately. Great value, clear instructions/communications. We enjoyed our stay very much. 」

「The bed was VERY comfortable. The AC unit and controls were a bit hard to figure out (very old system) but it worked well, and they supplied a standing oscillator fan for the bedroom that made it a better experience for cooling the place down to sleep in the summer heat during my stay. All in all, I would stay here again, but tall people be aware, the shower head is very low on the wall. I am 5’8”, and the shower head was mounted at eye-level. For those over 6ft tall, prepare to be hunched over...

「I messaged the host immediately after I made this reservation because I needed to clarify something. They never responded. In fact they never communicated at all. Once I got there, the gate was broken, the shower drain was clogged, siding on the house was falling off, and the floor were buckled in multiple spots. For a short term rental none of these problems individually were terrible, but together with the unresponsive host made this stay pretty bad. I would not stay here again. 」

「The host was professional, communicative, and also flexible with me, which I greatly appreciated! This place is cute and cozy, and I had a wonderful time staying here while starting a new job and looking for an apartment in Albuquerque. It is conveniently located to walk downtown or as a starting point to drive most places in Albuquerque. 「The place was clean, quiet, and really well laid out to make a small space work well. It's clear a lot of care goes into taking care of it! I especially enjoyed sitting on the little porch in the evenings, and appreciated the labeled cabinets (and thoughtful snacks!)」
