「The first thing my husband had to fix the lock, need a better couch, no paper towels, need bigger coffee filters, there were no garbage bags, the air fresheners were empty, there were nails in the floor my husband had to hammer back down but other than that it was clean.」

「This is a retirement home facility. There is nothing in the unit, it is pretty bare, not even a lamp. The TV remote didn't work so I couldn't watch the microscopic, tiny TV that was in there. The bathroom and tub were disgusting and rusty. The kitchen was old and disgusting. Every light was set to 11. It was basically a big open room with a laminate wood floor with dirt in all the cracks and broken stuff. The air conditioner worked and the bed was fine. Would not stay again.」

「The outside of the property was dirty and not kept clean, entry and back patio were dirty, pool wasn’t clean was filthy bugs, spiders, grass and dirty in the pool, the neighbor dumped fish in the street which then there was a disgusting fish smell, over all the inside of the property was nice and had everything we needed for our stay. 」
