Tiny Cozy Studio #1

  • Very convenient place to stay for a business trip or just a weekend to get away from the routine in a safe and private space. The Studio is just 40 min away from South Padre Island, SpaceX, few minutes away from Sunrise Mall, Walmart, Hospital, and so on.

    Studio #1 (12x24ft) is located at the backside of my house, next to another unit rental (Studio #2.) The neighborhood is super safe & quiet.

    No pets.
    2 guest maximum.
