"This brand new development is in excellent condition, the swimming pool is amazing and free parking. The area is extremely safe in a gated community, however, they still provided security guards just to make you feel safe even though it’s not needed. Plenty of great local restaurants and beaches. Everything was provided, the bed was very comfy and all the furniture was brand new and only 5 minutes from Ocean World. I’m definitely coming back! "

"Roger, the property manager was very accommodating with arranging an early check in for our stay. But that’s about the only good thing I can say. The AC did not work my entire stay, imagine no AC in the DR heat. Then the sheets and towels had ton of brown and red stains on them. We had to ask the manager to bring us new towels and laundry detergent so we can at least wash the sheets.
