「Had a fantastic time with our 4 adult (20s) children traveling from Madrid, States and UK. The home is clean, modern, and well appointed with everything you need (including hair straighteners!!!). Great location to wander to Gilbraltar and Ronda for the day and return for sunset cocktails and dinner overlooking the sea! Estepona is a quick drive to restaurants and markets. Hope to return one day.」

「The house is clean and nicely decorated. Communication with owner and caretaker also good. However the 4 lane A7 national road is directly bordered next to the garden and pool, the terrace and bbq place. For us, the extreme noise from trucks and motors spoiled the attempts to relax at the pool and our bbq dinner. We left therefor 3 days early. Franck was ok with that and returned the payment for the missing days. If you however don’t mind the noise, the place is perfect.」

「Villa itself is basic but very clean outside area is lovely couldn’t get our son out of the pool. Burger King, chemist and supermarket within 5 min walk. If you cross over the rd and walk between nudist resort and hotel and turn left you can walk along the beach all the way to the port with restaurants and bars. Would have been nice if someone had greeted us at villa and told us about local area as we only realised we could walk all the way down a couple of days before leaving. Martin was great...

「Richard was quick to reply to my questions and very kind to let us have an early check in. The villa is stunning with tons of space and plenty of things to keep the kids busy. The villa is a ten minute drive from Estepona old town, which is beautiful, loved eating out there. Our only complaint would be the pool maintenance guy took a whole day to clean the pool. He left all the cleaning equipment in the pool and disappeared for the day. We mentioned it to Rebecca and she quickly chases him...

「Lovely Villa, spacious with fantastic views. Well Equipped. Unfortunately they told us before we arrived there had been a Power surge which the AC and other equipment was out of service but we had fans in the rooms which helped a little. Some of the linen and towels were stained and the pool was great but does need a bit of TLC. But I would definitely return 👍🏻」

Cuando llegamos tuvimos que estar limpiando la casa, estaba muy sucia, con muchos bichos, arañas, pelos, incluso encontramos unos calcetines sucios en una cama,… Se publicita como una casa familiar rústica, pero deja mucho que desear, sobre todo teniendo en cuenta lo que se cobra por el alquiler. 「This is a wonderful property, we really enjoyed our stay there. The property is beautiful and is perfectly situated, quiet but close enough to the Port if you want bars. We had two cars and struggled a little to park them both in the garage but other than that, I cannot fault the property. I would recommend this property. Thank you for letting us stay there.」

「Very nice and spacious villa with all modern amenities. Very clean. View was spectacular. Pool good. Depending on the wind-direction some noice came from the road nearby. On the other hand some mornings you can hear the waves. No neighbours were seen or heard. A car is a must as you can’t walk even to the nearest beach as you can’t cross the highway.
