"We loved our tent, but it was in need of some repairs. There was wood that needed to be nailed/screwed so it was squeaking in the wind all night. We used a towel to wedge and mostly stop the noise. "Lovely property and stay. Friendly little local village up the hill one way and a lot more going on down the hill to the beach the other way. We never had a car and found it just fine but we are all relatively fit and healthy, may be a struggle if your a bit older or not so good on your feet without one. The people in the village of Manila were so friendly, the guy from the local supermarket (Suma) used to deliver our shopping down to the villa once we had been up and picked/paid for it all....
